The general<\/span> objective <\/span><\/strong>al proiectului este cre\u0219terea accesului \u0219i a calit\u0103\u021bii serviciilor integrate pentru romi, \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate, cre\u0219terea incluziunii romilor \u0219i abilitarea lor, combaterea oric\u0103rei forme de discriminare \u00een judetul Mures, prin oferirea de servicii complementare, educa\u021bionale, sociale, de consiliere juridic\u0103 \u0219i psihologic\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n

Serviciile<\/span> pentru<\/span> copii<\/span> \u0219i<\/span> tineri<\/span><\/strong> vor<\/span> fi <\/span>derulate<\/span> prin<\/span> intermediul<\/span> a <\/span>trei<\/span> centre<\/span> de <\/span>zi<\/span> \u2013 <\/span>Centrul<\/span> de <\/span>zi\u00a0<\/span>Buckner din <\/span>T\u00e2rn\u0103veni<\/span> \u0219i<\/span> \u00eenfiin\u021barea<\/span> a <\/span>dou\u0103<\/span> centre<\/span> de <\/span>zi<\/span> \u00een<\/span> Comuna<\/span> Zag\u0103r<\/span> \u0219i<\/span> respectiv<\/span> \u00een<\/span> satul\u00a0<\/span>Ormeni\u0219<\/span> din <\/span>Comuna<\/span> Vii\u0219oara<\/span>, <\/span>precum<\/span> \u0219i<\/span> prin<\/span> programe<\/span> de tip <\/span>\u0219coal\u0103-dup\u0103-\u0219coal\u0103<\/span> adaptate\u00a0<\/span>nevoilor<\/span> grupurilor<\/span> \u021bint\u0103<\/span>, <\/span>\u00een<\/span> timp<\/span> ce<\/span> adul\u021bii<\/span> vor<\/span> beneficia<\/span> de <\/span>servicii<\/span> de <\/span>consiliere<\/span> parental\u0103<\/span> \u0219i<\/span> de <\/span>orientare<\/span> voca\u021bional\u0103<\/span> \u0219i<\/span> profesional\u0103<\/span>. <\/span>Proiectul<\/span> cuprinde<\/span> \u0219i<\/span> o <\/span>campanie<\/span> anti-<\/span>discriminare<\/span> \u00een<\/span>vederea<\/span> reducerii<\/span> gradului<\/span> de <\/span>discriminare<\/span> al <\/span>membrilor<\/span> comunit\u0103\u021bilor<\/span> rome<\/span> \u0219i<\/span> un curs de <\/span>comunicare<\/span> inter-<\/span>cultural\u0103<\/span> pentru<\/span> profesioni\u0219ti<\/span> care <\/span>sunt<\/span> implica\u021bi<\/span> \u00een<\/span> oferirea<\/span> de <\/span>servicii\u00a0<\/span>minorit\u0103\u021bilor<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grupul \u021bint\u0103<\/strong> al proiectului este format din 1335 persoane \u0219i cuprinde copii, tineri \u0219i adul\u021bi provenind din comunit\u0103\u021bi marginalizate \u0219i \u00een care exist\u0103 persoane care apar\u021bin minorit\u0103\u021bii rome cese afl\u0103 \u00een situa\u021bii de vulnerabilitate, \u00een risc crescut de s\u0103r\u0103cie \u0219i excluziune social\u0103, de pe raza Municipiului T\u00e2rn\u0103veni, a comunei Zag\u0103r \u0219i a comunei Vii\u0219oara.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The project proposal also aims at streamlining the instructional-educational process, increasing school performance by creating \"School after school\" type facilities, developing the disadvantaged inter-ethnic community by facilitating access to educational, economic and social opportunities and cultivating civic spirit among the citizens of Mures County . The innovative character of this project proposal is given by the fact that the proposed activities and services meet the needs of the Roma population, aiming to increase the access of Roma children and adults to quality, equitable and inclusive education.<\/p>\n

The added value will also be given by the contribution of PP who has extensive experience in working with children, including from such vulnerable groups and in working with teachers who will be involved in the implementation of this project proposal, so that, at the end of the implementation, through the achievement of the foreseen objectives and indicators will increase the degree of social inclusion of the people belonging to the GT, an aspect that will also lead to the relief of the local public authority from certain negative aspects in the community and will create the prospects of the contribution of each citizen to the development of the community by having a job and a civilized behavior. The development of volunteering through the involvement of a number of 30 volunteers in the implementation of SDS activities and at the newly established Day Centers will also be remarkable.<\/p>\n

The development of a manual of good practices in the activity of day centers for the benefit of vulnerable communities as well as the opening of two Day Centers in two different communities replicating the model of the Buckner Day Center with the support of specialists with experience in the field are two other notable elements of the project proposal, under the conditions that the 13-year experience of PP recorded in the manual of good practices and transferred to other specialists and other entities may have the effect of establishing a greater number of social services Day Centers for the benefit of Roma children, thus contributing to an increased degree of their integration and an improved educational level. <\/span><\/p>\n

The evaluation of the professional skills of the members of the Roma communities in Zagar and Ormenis localities will bring value in terms of the inclusion and empowerment of the Roma by providing those evaluated with concrete information regarding the possibilities they have with a view to entering the labor market, including confidence in their own skills to be able to identify a job that can provide them with financial stability and an improved standard of living.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
