During April 27-28, 2022, a communication course was held in T\u00eern\u0103veni Municipality held by Mr. Rudy Moca in front of 12 teachers from the city's educational institutions, teachers who teach classes that also include young men and women from the Roma community.<\/p>\n

The course was organized as part of Activity 15 \u2013 Communication course and aimed at the secondary target group of the \"Educating the present, we prepare the future\" project, aiming to add value to professionals involved in providing services to members of vulnerable communities. Given that the course was initially offered to a number of 10 teachers, and it was attended by 12 teaching staff, administrative staff from educational units, but also other experts from the implementation team, it was obvious that the relationship and communication between cultural is an important aspect to consider in increasing the level of acceptance of Roma by the majority population, but also in reducing the degree of discrimination and self-discrimination. <\/span>reducerea gradului de discriminare \u0219i auto-discriminare<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
